		<description>Thank youuu! I looked on yahoo and they said dancing helps... Well it doesn&#039;t because I dance constanitly! Ask all my friends. Lately i&#039;ve been on a no soda deit, and i eat fruits. I do 100 sit up a nite and i&#039;ve lots of changes. Just not in my inner thighs.

		<description>Hi! I really enjoyed the exercises you provided.  I have patellofemoral pain syndrome and really need to strengthen my inner thigh muscles to bring my knee back into alignment.  The pain can be severe and I&#039;m grateful to have found more exercises compared to the &quot;one&quot; my doctor suggested.  Keep them coming.  Oh, and if you have more exercises that don&#039;t require the plank position that would be awesome.  It puts a lot of strain on your wrist, yes I have carpel tunnel too. Joy!  Rapture!  :o)  Thanks again!!!</description>
