<p>There is a lot of hype about refined edible oils that contain the <em>healthy</em> trans fats and how you should stay away from saturated fats. Again, in reality it is quite opposite. The processed edible oils (corn, soybean and cottonseed oil) that are refined and hydrogenated polystaturated fats and are passed as the healthy fats are in fact one of the unhealthiest types of fat that you can eat. This is because the unsaturated fats (polysaturated and monosaturated) are extremely reactive to heat and light and they produce toxins and radicals when processed. During processing they are exposed to heat and light and are thus much unhealthier than the natural saturated fats.</p>
<p>Natural Saturated fats, on the other hand have gained an undeserved bad reputation. Saturated fats id unprocessed are actually much better for cooking purposes because they are much less reactive to heat and light. Cooking oils like coconut oil, palm oil and cocoa butter are good for your health because they retain their natural state even after they are exposed to the high temperature during cooking. Saturated fats also contain lauric acid which is an important nutrient and has many health benefits.</p>

But when processed, they become a lot more toxic than healthy and may even lead to heart diseases. The best way to get polysaturated and monosaturated fat is to eat it in an unprocessed state. There are many foods that contain these fat like nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews etc.), flax seeds, sunflower seeds, virgin and extra virgin olive oil, natural peanut butter and fish or fish oil.</p>
<p>So the basic thing to keep in mind when eating vegetable oil, is whether the oil is processed or not. If it is processed stay away from it because it will just make losing your inner thigh fat harder. But if it is unprocessed, then it really doesn’t matter if it’s saturated or unsaturated just go ahead and include it in your diet. You should eat all varieties of fat to expedite the fat loss.</p>

<p><strong>Dragging the Box:</strong> This is an advanced exercise for inner thighs that I like to call “Dragging the Box”. The good thing about this exercise is that it includes weight and you can easily increase your exercise level by putting in more weight. And you don’t even need dumbbells to do this. You can do it with any heavy stuff you have at your home.</p>
