I find another one that is also fun is side lung/jump (not sure what the tech term is). I lay my yoga mat down and jump back and forth in zig zag motion up and down my yoga mat. Its great because you start to get in the groove and it feels like you’re dancing. :) Thanks for the great site.

Hey Im 17 years old and i have got FAT buttocks and thighs rest of my body is normal No its actually thin my back my face every thing is small except my buttocks and thigh they just seem popping out Im usually embarassed :/ Its actually in my genes my sis also has the same problem but she is married so it doesnt matters much to her and my cuzins also have the same thing ! Hey guys. Im a pre-teen. 12. :/ it’s not actually that young. Ok well I’m 5’0 and 90 pounds, which is slightly underweight for my height, but my thighs are sort of big. Especially when I sit down against a chair, they look HUGE! the rest of my body is skinny, but not my thighs. I don’t want to have even have bigger thighs when I’m older. What exercises can I do? Without anyone knowing I do them? Like, I don’t want my family to see me^^^ doing them, thatd be embarrassing. Exercises that don’t require a program and/or yoga mat are good.
